My room was spacious and clean. I liked the tea and coffee in the room. The chocolates were also nice. The location was pretty convenient. The area felt safe.
The lighting in the room was very poor. I waited 40 minutes for food and it was lukewarm. Some food was missing.

i discovered this place after seeing awesome reviews! parking access impressed me. breakfast had a menu for customized orders (the chef nailed my choices!). coming back from a concert, i enjoyed toasties and drinks arranged at the bar for everyone.
My sink drain in the bathroom was slow. That was a minor inconvenience.

The room included complimentary drinks in the fridge. I found this a nice touch. Breakfast had many choices, and I thought it was quite good. The hotel provided car parking, which I needed. I walked to the tube station easily.
The room lighting could have been a bit better.

i found the staff to be super friendly, a real plus. the power shower was nice, and everything felt clean. its location is very convenient if you need quick motorway access toward heathrow. i also appreciated the proximity to both the tube station and bus routes.
the air con in my room was a bit noisy. when i turned it off, the room got quite warm. this was a very minor inconvenience overall.

breakfast at the pub was delicious. i found the staff in both the hotel and the pub to be wonderful. the pub setting gave the stay a real english vibe, which i liked.
